2019 Annual General Meeting
Mark your calendars for HAVAN’s 2019 Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm at Riverway Golf Course in Burnaby.
GUEST SPEAKER: KEVIN LEE, CHBA CEO. CHBA National – Actions and Value for Members
The national arm of our association is continually engaged in Federal and national activities to create a better business environment for our members, to help us meet the housing aspirations of Canadians. 2019 is a particularly important year as housing affordability reaches crisis levels as a federal election looms in the fall. Come hear about all the undertakings of CHBA to seek positive change for our industry, from recent successes to future actions.
HAVAN will be conducting a special presentation to the recipients of the HAVAN BCIT Scholarships, sponsored in part by Centra Cares and Forge Properties.
The AGM portion of the agenda will involve presentation of HAVAN’s audited 2018-19 financial statements, approval of our membership fee schedule for 2018-19, and approval of the auditors.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre-registration is mandatory (closes at midnight on April 2nd). If you are unable to attend and are authorizing someone else to vote on your behalf, please print and sign this proxy form, and ensure your representative gives it to the HAVAN staff at registration. For those who would like to attend only the AGM portion, please phone Justine at 778-373-9788 to register.
