Prioritization and Time Management
This workshop digs in to the practical, proven tools that thousands have used to determine their priorities and then manage their time around them.
How do some people seem to get so much more accomplished in a day? What do I tell my staff when they freak out that they don’t have enough time? How do you proactively decide what is important and how do you find the time to get to it? If you could answer these questions you could change the world. Too bad there’s no time to think about them until you wake up at 3am for a quick worry, before you dismiss them while you Keep Calm and Carry On with the busy work of life.
It is never that people don’t want to solve their time management problems. It is always that they don’t know how. This session delivers real world solutions for the one challenge common to everyone. We are all running out of time.
