Kassaundra has been directly involved with overall building design, programming of layouts, recommendations on project pricing and efficient suite mixes on many of the GTA’s top-selling preconstruction projects. Liaising with marketing teams, legal teams, developer project teams as well overseeing and managing on site sales & administrative personnel and processes, reporting back to key stakeholders.
