Qualification Requirements for New Residential Builders

  • 24 months of supervisory experience in residential construction
  • Demonstration in 7 Core Competencies:
    1. Relevant Enactments (Building Code & Bylaws)
    2. Construction Management & Supervision
    3. Construction Technology
    4. Customer Service & Home Warranty Insurance
    5. Financial Planning & Budget Management
    6. Legal Issues
    7. Business Planning, Management, and Administration

Homeowner Protection Act and Regulation.
