Soils, Excavation and Below Grade Assemblies

This seminar explores the key considerations for below grade assemblies including soils, excavation, footings, foundation walls, insulation, damp/water-proofing, and airtightness. Upcoming BC Code changes to energy requirements and soil gas provisions for homes will have a significant impact on below grade assemblies.
