The ventilation requirements for single family residences and secondary suites are changing. The BC Building Code section 9.32 includes new provisions to ensure that the whole house maintains comfortable, safe living conditions for occupants. This seminar will explore options for conformance with the new requirements.
This spring, Building Smart #21 will examine the changes in the requirements for ventilation for homes, explore key components of house ventilation systems and controls, and explain why mechanical ventilation is required.
