BURNABY, BC (January 15th, 2016) – The Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC) is proud to reveal the finalists for the Georgie Awards® Customer Satisfaction category.
The finalists for this award, as part of the prestigious Grand Georgie Awards® class, are determined through survey results from customers conducted on Avid Ratings Canada. The survey questions cover all aspects of the home buying process, from construction and product satisfaction to warranty service experience and referral intentions.
To win the Georgie Awards® Customer Satisfaction category, the entrant must be in the top 75th percentile in Canada as rated by the Avid Index Score.
“This award reflects a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service, and demonstrates they are leaders in their field and the industry,” says CHBA BC’s CEO Neil Moody. “We would like to congratulate the finalists this year for their outstanding achievements and we look forward to the Georgie Awards Gala.”
The 2016 Georgie Awards® winners will be announced at the sold-out 24th Annual Georgie Awards® Gala on March 11, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.
