Worried about housing?
Rents and prices keep climbing because we haven’t built enough homes. To combat these issues, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) launched an ongoing initiative in 2023, calling for faster approvals, fair fees, more density near transit, and action on NIMBY opposition.
