2025 HAVAN AWARDS FOR HOUSING EXCELLENCE WINNERS REVEALED
Winners of the Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Awards for Housing Excellence, presented by FortisBC, were revealed on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at The Westin Bayshore Vancouver. The prestigious event gathered over 550 professionals from the homebuilding industry to honour the finest achievements in residential construction, renovation, and design.
The HAVAN Awards highlight the exceptional accomplishments and innovative solutions of Metro Vancouver’s homebuilding sector and showcases a diverse range of projects, from stunning custom-built homes, whole-home renovations, and breath-taking kitchens to community-enriching multi-family developments, single-family homes, laneways, and multiplex housing solutions.

The big winners of the evening included Twin Lions Contracting with seven wins including Grands for Best Residential Renovator of the Year and Best Custom Home Builder of the Year; Miracon Development with seven wins including two Grands for Best Residential Community: Single-Family and Best Single-Family Home Builder of the Year; Vesta Properties with six wins including Grands for Best Residential Community: Multi-Family and Best Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year; and My House Design/Build Team with Emphasis Architecture +Design Studio together receiving four awards with Emphasis also winning the Grand for Interior Designer of the Year.
Now in its 16th year, the premier industry-recognized awards program employs a rigorous peer-reviewed process by a panel of award-winning builders, renovators, and designers nationwide. This year, a record-breaking 181 builders, renovators, and designers submitted 451 entries across 65 categories. Finalists and winners proudly display the HAVAN Awards symbol, providing homeowners with a recognizable mark of trusted, local builders and designers for added confidence.
