What We Do
ConEcon’s experienced team works with a range of systems in order to oversee cost management, scheduling, costing, and estimating to ensure our clients feel confident in each stage of construction.
→ Cost Management: Quantities of material, labour, equipment, overheads, and general requirements of a construction project are estimated using Elemental Cost Breakdown, CSI Divisions, or Major & Minor CSI Sections depending upon the design stage and client requirements.
→ Loan Monitoring: Alleviating financial risks and protecting the interests of the lenders during the development process through such practices as budget review, progress claim reports, and cash flow analysis.
