Each comment enters you into a draw to win a stainless steel Napoleon Prestige P500 natural gas barbecue. All follows, likes and tags must be received by 5:00pm, PST, Monday, June 3, 2024, the Contest closing date. HAVAN is not responsible for any errors for missed, rejected, misdirected, or incorrect follows. To be eligible to win, you must reside within the Greater Vancouver area. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PRIZE: One (1) Napoleon Prestige P500 natural gas barbecue. Approximate retail value of the prize: $1,649.00 CDN. The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, can not be transferred, substituted, redeemed or added to in any way. All decisions with respect to any part of the Contest are final. HAVAN and FortisBC, sponsors of the barbecue, reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value should this prize become unavailable for any reason. Unless otherwise specified, the winner of the Contest is responsible for all costs and expenses incurred or related to the use of this prize. Redemption is based on availability. HAVAN reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, to cancel the Contest at any time for any reason whatsoever.
HOW TO WIN AND ELIGIBILITY: One name will be drawn at random from all the entries received. The drawn name is the winner and will be announced online, Tuesday, June 4, 2024, noon PST, and notified by direct message from @HAVANofficial Instagram page on or before Friday, June 7, 2024. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must be a resident of the Greater Vancouver area, must sign a Waiver of Liability form, and a Publicity Release, agreeing to the use of his or her name, photo, likeness, voice and/or statements, without any compensation other than the prize offered. By entering the Contest, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules of the Contest and agree to the decisions of HAVAN with respect to all aspects of this Contest. All individual residents of the Greater Vancouver area are eligible to win, and provided they have not won any prizes from HAVAN in the past 90 days, and further provided they are over the age of majority of 19+ years of age in British Columbia by June 3, 2024. All employees of HAVAN, or family members with whom these employees are domiciled are ineligible for participation in the Contest. By entering this Contest, entrants understand and approve a complete release of Instagram and offer acknowledgment that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with media outlets including Instagram. The Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
