More than just the traditional hard hats and hammers, or marketing and sales positions, the goal of the Women’s Council Industry Tours is to open doors to verticals within the residential construction industry, not regularly considered by, or for women.

In an effort help break down industry barriers, tours will highlight women who are successfully navigating career paths, to help empower and encourage HAVAN members to think out side the box and open minds to new career opportunities.

HAVAN is excited to announce the first 2019 Women’s Council Industry Tour hosted by Centra Windows Inc. Langley, on Friday, March 1st from 2pm – 5pm (please arrive by 1:45pm). Including a guided production plant tour, with the opportunity to hear from women successfully navigating careers in the fenestration manufacturing and production industry, the tour will also include a meet and greet with company CEO, concluding with a social over drinks and light snacks.
