This year, we are thrilled to take our celebrations to a new venue, a Vancouver heritage site: The Permanent at 330 W Pender Street. What better way to celebrate the best of Metro Vancouver’s residential construction industry.
Due to the record-breaking volume of entries this year and the capacity restrictions of the venue, you must RSVP by February 28.
A note about parking:
There is no parking onsite at this venue. There is ample street parking on Homer, Hamilton, and Dunsmuir streets and also multiple parking lots nearby:

24 / 7 access. Day maximum $10.00, evening maximum $9.00.
Impark – Lot 371 (424 – 428 W. Pender Street)
24 / 7 access. No meter on site, purchase ticket from adjacent Lot 93.
Impark – Lot 93 (454 West Pender Street)
24 / 7 access. $6.00 max (6pm-6am) and (6am-6pm)
Impark – Lot 1150 (250 West Pender Street)
$2.00 per hour, weekday evening 5pm-12am and all day weekends
