The U40 Committee hosts 4 Mentorship Sessions a year, connecting the up-and-coming members of the association with industry leaders. Attend these sessions to stay motivated and encouraged, connect with leaders and fellow up-and-comers in the industry, and build your network!

Join us on Thursday, October 1 from 3:00 – 4:30PM for an interactive and casual conversation with Troy Abromaitis of Bucci Developments.

*This will be an open-air social-distanced event in a spacious venue with a capacity of 90 for ample distancing.

About Troy Abromaitis, Bucci Developments: 

Troy MacBeth Abromaitis is the Director of Development at Bucci Developments. He has overseen 32 multi-family development projects totalling $1.2 billion and he oversees residential development projects including land acquisitions, rezoning, conceptual design, planning, unit design, approval processes, managing of consultants and liaison with government authorities to ensure a successful completion of these projects. His current portfolio of projects are in excess of $800 million and he is working on the tallest tower in the Fraser Valley area of British Columbia at 57 storeys.

He is a Past President of the Real Estate Institute of BC and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Built Green Canada and the Fraser Valley Home Builders’ Association. Troy is also the President-Elect of the Rotary Club of West Vancouver and on the Board of Directors for the Point Grey Community Association. He was also named one of professional Builder Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2012.
