Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) “Predict the Winners” Game.
TO ENTER FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN: The HAVAN Predict the Winners” Game (“the Game”) begins April 23, 2021. To enter for your chance to win: Follow @HAVANofficial on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, share with your friends, using #HAVANawards, and enter one or all four games. All game entries must be received by 5:00pm, PST, April 30, 2021, the Game closing date. HAVAN is not responsible for any entries destroyed, mutilated, lost, or misdirected. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be eligible. All entries become the property of HAVAN and will not be acknowledged or returned. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
PRIZE: Four retail gift certificates valued at $100 each will be awarded, one winner per game. HAVAN reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value should this prize become unavailable for any reason. Unless otherwise specified, winners of prizes of the Game are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred or related to the use of any of the prizes. Redemption is based on availability. HAVAN reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, to cancel any or all of the Game at any time for any reason whatsoever. The prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, substituted, redeemed or added to in any way. All decisions of the judges with respect to any part of the Game are final.
HOW TO WIN AND ELIGIBILITY: The person guessing the most correct answers per game (4) wins a prize. In the case of a tie, the winner will be selected randomly. Winners to be announced online, Friday, April 30 at 8:30pm PST, and notified with gift certificates provided by email Monday, May 3, 2021. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first sign a Waiver of Liability form, and a Publicity Release, agreeing to the use of his or her name, photo, likeness, voice and/or statements, without any compensation other than the prize offered. By entering the Game, the entrants agree to be bound by the rules of the Game and agree to the decisions of HAVAN with respect to all aspects of this Game. All individual residents of Canada are eligible to win, excluding Quebec, and provided they have not won any prizes from HAVAN in the past 90 days, and further provided they are over the age of majority of 19+ years of age in British Columbia by April 30, 2021. All employees of HAVAN, or family members with whom these employees are domiciled are ineligible for participation in the Game. By entering this Game, entrants understand and approve a complete release of Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook and offer acknowledgment that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with media outlets including Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook. The Game is subject to all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
