How did you get into the residential construction industry?
Bobby: Building & Developing Real Estate was a natural fit for Bobby as he was introduced to projects at age 7 inside of the family business which began in early 70’s.
What keeps you in the industry?
Bobby: I’m continually inspired by product innovation and building technology changes that drive us to become better at our craft. This industry gives me a great sense of Connection, Community and Collective; there is competition, camaraderie and wonderful client & business relationships.
While navigating covid-19, what new opportunities have you discovered?
Bobby: COVID accelerated our business transformation and absolutely clarified why we do what we do. It gave us time & space to dig deep and realign with our passion: To openly share our knowledge for the betterment of our clients’ real estate investment & development goals.
