Tell us about yourself & your company?
Josh: Maestro Development build and renovate homes for families that are beautiful, healthy and low in carbon intensity, with a process that is rooted in transparency, preparation and communication.

Renovation tip?
Josh: Make all your design decisions before starting the project … this ensures cost certainty, and frees up mental bandwidth for all the other decisions you’ll inevitably have to make.

It’s 11AM Saturday morning, what are you up to?
Josh: either riding my bike or watching/coaching kids soccer

What are your hobbies?
Josh: Road biking, skiing, woodwork, gardening, kids soccer coach

Josh: Renovation Roundtable — the opportunity to talk frankly with other business owners about the challenges we face daily, and offer support/suggestions/contacts

What have you done in your community in the last year?
Josh: helping to redesign the playground and landscape for our elementary school

Josh: Every time my kids show passion for something

Josh: previous career as a Geological Engineer, spent a lot of time at remote job sites in northern Canada

Josh: get out of your comfort zone
