Josh: Maestro Development build and renovate homes for families that are beautiful, healthy and low in carbon intensity, with a process that is rooted in transparency, preparation and communication.
Josh: Make all your design decisions before starting the project … this ensures cost certainty, and frees up mental bandwidth for all the other decisions you’ll inevitably have to make.

Josh: either riding my bike or watching/coaching kids soccer
