How did you get into the residential construction industry?
Nishin: My family started out in residential construction back in 1993 and took quite the hiatus, starting back up in 2013. Starting with an idea and seeing it come to fruition right before you is so gratifying.

While navigating covid-19, what new opportunities have you discovered?
Nishin: Focusing on Well-Building. Finding ways to make our homes healthier and have them grow along with us. I discovered this in January at KBIS, right before the pandemic began. Covid-19 solidified that our homes need to be built to keep us healthy and happy.
