Tell us about yourself & your company?
Theron: Design, build and care for Outdoor Living Spaces created for families who appreciate a strong sense of integration between all of their living space. I connect with families to understand what a beautiful space looks like for them and through a process of elimination, guided discovery and revision, create a plan that starts the process from Concept to Construction to Completion.
How did you get into the residential construction industry?
Theron: From the Outdoors;) I love gardens and horticulture but I found so many spaces people enjoy spending time outside are very detached from where they spend time inside. I enjoy changing that detached connection to the garden.
What keeps you in the industry?
Theron: Fulfillment, energy, happiness, buzz! There are always new products, new design challenges, new people to work with. It is the greatest feeling ever to overcome all of the tasks, changes and choices to get to a very high quality completion and see a happy family enjoying the space that was created with my help.
While navigating covid-19, what new opportunities have you discovered?
Theron: Low-profile and frameless glass window systems that enhance the connection between indoors and the Outdoor Living Space. Time to work on two key business processes I had never found the time for before; game changers! Time to develop and nearly open our Showroom, featuring some of the amenities of the Outdoor Living Space, well-integrated with the indoors.
It’s 11AM Saturday morning, what are you up to?

Theron: Soccer and Lego with my boys. Learning more about Design; magazines, books, showrooms, house tours, online. There is always more to see and learn.
Proudest moment?
Theron: Most things to do with my Sons. That moment when the client returns, having left the house with a little bit of “when’s he going to get this finished?” stress, and walks slowly, wide-eyed, a smile slowly forming and he/she says, “It’s hard to tell where the inside ends and the outside begins…Wow!”
What have you done in your community in the last year?
