HOMEBUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF VANCOUVER — Miracon Development Inc. accepts a Grand HAVAN award at the 2023 HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence. Miracon won the grand awards for Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year and Best Residential Community: Multi-Family.
VANCOUVER — Miracon Development Inc. took home the Grand awards for Best Residential Community: Multi-Family and Multi-Family Home Builder of the Year at the 2023 Homebuilder’s Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Awards for Housing Excellence.
Other notable winners include Designs by KS with Interior Designer of the Year, Smithwood Builders with Custom Builder of the year, and My House Design/Build Team for Residential Renovator of the Year.
The award ceremony was held on April 22 at the JW Marriot Parq Hotel in Vancouver.
HAVAN CEO Ron Rapp said, ”2023 marks 14 years of the HAVAN Awards, which have become an important program to showcase the accomplishments of our industry as builders, renovators and designers across the province adopt B.C.’s advancing Energy Step Code Requirements.
“It is significant to note that many of our members have been building above code for years and are leaders in the high-performance design and building space,” he said.
