Rob: Word of Mouth Floors does three things exceptional… my 100 sourcing trips to China and 100 trips to Europe gives us an unfair advantage for sourcing the best quality flooring products at unbeatable prices. My Co-Founder is world class at building amazing customer service relationship teams. It is a cliché but we do relationships at another level. And finally our experience running the largest online seller of flooring in America means our digital footprint is top shelf.
How did you get into the residential construction industry?
Rob: Co-Founder of BuildDirect.com 22 years ago. Ran that for 18 years

Rob: The relationships
While navigating covid-19, what new opportunities have you discovered?
Rob: Drinking at home

Rob: Driving my kids somewhere, golfing, or cleaning the yard

Rob: Hockey, Beer and Family. Not necessarily in that order.

Rob: Becoming a father
What have you done in your community in the last year?
Rob: Sit on a charity board, mentor several young entrepreneurs, volunteer at BCTech Hypergrowth Board (2020), golf fundraiser for Childrens charity (last 18 years), purchased and donated 5,000 masks early days of Covid.
