Tell us about yourself & your company?
Wojtek: I am the owner of a growing building envelope construction company Atria. Still learning and getting better every day as a builder and leader. I love people and always appreciate quality and hard work.
How did you get into the residential construction industry?
Wojtek: Construction first was my hobby, now thanks to some fine people, my family and friends it is my business.
What keeps you in the industry?
Wojtek: One of the rewards of doing good job is more work. Our projects are getting bigger, scope of work longer. I love challenges.
While navigating covid-19, what new opportunities have you discovered?
Wojtek: 2021 is our best revenue year ever. Thanks to our crew, subcontractors, general contractors, home owners, building and property managers. But also thanks to all of the ordinary people doing their ordinary work without complaining but rather with pride.
It’s 11AM Saturday morning, what are you up to?
Wojtek: At soccer game with our 9 year old Leonard.
What are your hobbies?
Wojtek: Soccer, music, history.
Proudest moment?
Wojtek: Today: Havan membership approval.
What have you done in your community in the last year?
Wojtek: I was able to keep my crew busy full time. I wrote Story of Resilience mentioning all businesses and individuals helping us doing our job in Merritt October 2020 – April 2021.

Wojtek: 15 years in hospitality industry. I was in charge as a Banquet Manager of Millennium New Years Eve Gala Dinner Dance in Westin Ottawa.
