As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, Capital Home Energy is sharing some best practices and our policies for site visits. These policies are put in place to help reduce Coronavirus transmission risks.
During these truly unique times, extraordinary measures need to be taken for the health and well-being of everybody in our communities, offices and on job sites.
Until further notice, we will be continuing site visits and evaluations under certain conditions only:
- Please restrict access to the house to 1 person only while we do the evaluation. We will do our best to make it quick to avoid any disruption.
- Try to maintain 2 meters social distance from others, and refrain from shaking handsand other contact.
- Please have hand sanitizers or sinks with water and soap available for trades to wash their hands when they enter and exit the job site.
Please be advised that our Energy Advisors may refuse to proceed if those conditions are not respected.
